Member Information – The Clark County 4-H Program is open to youth in Kindergarten through the 12th grade. The enrollment deadline is January 15th, but enrollment will be accepted beyond this date. It is best to get enrolled prior to the deadline so that youth can begin receiving the 4-H Newsletters with timely information. Regular 4-H is for youth in grades 3-12 (as of January 1st); Mini 4-H is for youth in grades K-2 (as of January 1st).
